Lost your account?

If your account was at any point linked to Supercell ID, Game Center or Google Play, logging into the respective account and opening the game should retrieve it. 


If that does not work, go to: Settings > Help and Support > Lost Village > I lost my village! How do I get it back? > tap “Contact Us” in the upper right corner. You can also click here.


Please make sure to include the following information:

  • Exact username and Clan name of the account you lost access to
  • Town Hall level of the account you lost access to
  • level of the account you lost access to
  • Explain how you lost the account
